Refund Policy
DAMAGED PRODUCTS:
Please send us an email at yoshigroupltd@gmail.com with pictures and videos of the damaged products, you have 5 days from delivery to do so.
For a stress-free refund, please keep all receipt of payment as we would use these details to process the refund. Depending on the damage, we may issue a completely new product to you or process a refund. The refund is only for purchased item prices (not including shipping charges).
OPENED OR USED ITEM:
We do not accept returns of used products or products that were opened.
CANCELLED ORDERS:
Should you desire to change or modify your order, you must do some before 5:00 pm EST of the business day on which you placed your order. Order modification requests include cancelling an order, changing the shipping address of an order, adding products to an order, removing products to an order, and the upgrading or downgrading of the selected shipping method. Due to fulfillment time-frames, order modifications and cancellations cannot be processed after 5:00 pm EST. Orders placed after 5:00 pm EST cannot be cancelled or modified prior to shipping.

NOTE: ALL RETURNS ARE REFUNDED TO THE ORIGINAL METHOD OF PAYMENT. ORIGINAL SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. YOU WILL SOLELY BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY SHIPPING OF UNWANTED ITEMS BACK TO US. REFUNDS MAY TAKE UP TO 3-10 WORKING DAYS.
